While preparing for the 2014 International Youth Worker Exchange a friend suggested travel scarves she had seen on Etsy. I loved the idea, but not the high dollar price tag. So, I pulled out my sewing machine and watched hours of youtube videos as I figured out how to make my own version of a travel scarf. A year later I started selling the scarves at craft fairs and eventually opened an Esty Store to make my scarves more accessible.
