We are a team comprised of masters level clinicians who provide behavior management services to children and adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
I offer training and resources in the following areas: Staff Development, Crisis Management, Behavior Management, Program Development, Youth Work Advocacy, and Youth Work Advancement. Additional skills include data management, grant management, community engagement, volunteer management, and experiential learning standards.
Short Bio
Shawna earned her Masters of Science in Youth Development Leadership from Clemson University in 2013. In 2018 she earned her CYC-P with the guidance of Journey Fellows.
